FEARLESS (3)

GOD WILL FIGHT FOR US

INTRODUCTION 

Have we ever felt so terribly tense because we have to face something? Or felt so awfully scared of a new situation that we will have to deal with? Everyone must have felt this, where one feels fear first and then courage, and where one is first haunted by anxiety before he regains his confidence and trust. 

CONTENT 

Let us read 1 Samuel 17:34-37. 

1. Keep on PRAYING  
   Take lesson from the story of David when facing Goliath and think again, is your problem as big as Goliath? Do we think we will lose the battle? If yes, pray (2 Chronicles 20:3-4)! 
   
   God does know everything far before we ask for it, for He does understand everything that transcends the limits of our minds, but let us keep on praying. 

2. Wisdom/ability and strength are in God.   
   If God gives David the wisdom to only carry small weapons, which might seem impossible to be used at war, then God will give us this too!  
   

   God clearly shows that His power does not need any expensive or superior weapons. He proves that we can win even if we do have nothing. Believe that it is enough if we only have God! 

CONCLUSION 

Be like David, who fully puts his trust in God. Fear not for God will fight for us!
