REVIVAL = LIVING IN VICTORY
INTRODUCTION
God has given each of us ‘victory’ through what God has done on the Cross. That is the true Revival that God has done for believers.
CONTENTS
If we learn from the example of the Lord Jesus when He served on earth, the source of His victory was when He continued to walk with and in the will of the Father.
How do we live and run in victory to victory?
1. Live blamelessly
Psalm 84:12, in the KJV translation the phrase ‘walk uprightly’ means in other words, walking uprightly is an attitude where we live in integrity and in complete truth.
Beware of half-heartedness, such as worship or good deeds done only out of obligation (Isaiah 29:13).
The Lord longs for each of us to live in complete truth, all our worship is sincere and flawless before the Lord with an attitude of heart that pleases God (Psalm 15: 1-2).
2. Live with Humility (Matthew 11:29).
The Lord Jesus teaches each of us to walk in humility, because in humility, we will have a heart attitude that is increasingly aware of our existence before God, and that we constantly aware of our need for God's help (Micah 6:8).
Walking in humility makes us enjoy Revival and opens the doors to miracles and God's blessings in our lives.
Humility is an attitude of the heart that is full of awareness of God's grace in our lives.
True humility will be present in the lives of those who cling to God and leads to an attitude of heart that relies on God.
Humility before God brings revival and peace to the place where we are.
The more we live attached to God, the more we will automatically realise that every aspect of our life is God's grace.
CONCLUSION
The key to experiencing revival and living in victory after victory is to continue to cling to God, to live blamelessly and to live with humility.
